To Whom it May Concern:As owners of JayDee’s Family Fun Center, we have provided a place for hundreds of people to come have fun with us each day.  We do our best to keep our prices low and provide a clean, safe atmosphere for families to play together.  We are sorry this customer’s experience at JayDee's was less than the best!We expect our employees to make sure our customers are following our rules, which are in place for everyone’s safety.  When this customer was approached by our employee, he refused to change his actions to follow the rules he was breaking, and demanded to speak to a manager.  When the manager came out, the customer continued to intimidate the employee, and  refused to remedy his actions (which in this case was to simply have his son wear socks while in the jungle gym and obtain the appropriate wristband for this area).If the customer had addressed the issue of alleged rowdiness with any one of the eight lifeguards monitoring the water park, they could have taken care of it right on the spot.If the customer had come to the front desk and explained the situation (rather than going into a pay area without paying and then breaking the rules of that area), we would have been glad to substitute another activity for the one they did not enjoy.Each time there has been communication, this customer has added another complaint.  We have dealt with each issue as it has been brought to our attention.The issue of the employee touching his wife/fiance with a gloved hand has been addressed with the Berkeley County Health Department.  It is, and has been, this employee’s practice to change her gloves as needed, and frequently, throughout the day.We are always looking for ways to serve our community positively, and would respectfully request that our customers abide by the rules we have posted clearly while visiting JayDee’s Family Fun Center.~ Julie & Terry H[redacted], owners
