I had raised concerns multiple times during our contract regarding communication and documents being sent with a copy of the communication executed sent to me for my recordsA few times I encountered and was told the information submitted on my case had not been submitted to the opposing insurance agency to keep my case movingIt was claimed to be miscommunication within the agency and then it was explained the opposing agency's fault for reassigning the caseOn more occasions than not, my messages were not returned and on only one instance was an email ever replied to except to let me know "attorney will have to get back to me"
