Wow! We just moved to the Vail area from Virginia and did we ever get a wonderful welcome to the area from *** at Pima Electrical! We contacted Pima Electrical because we were about to install a memorial fountain in the backyard of our house in VailHowever, we had a big problem in that all of the outside electrical outlets were "dead"After checking the circuit breakers and the "visible" GFI outlets, and finding them in proper working order, we were stumpedI called Pima Electric and was told to expect a call from *** who was currently on another service callSure to their word, my phone rang shortly thereafter and I spoke directly with *** (the owner of the company)He was extremely courteous and knowledgeableHe told me to search the premises and look for a possibly "hidden" GFI outletHe said sometimes it might be in the garage somewhereIt probably just needed to be resetHe explained that sometimes the builders put them in some pretty obscure placesHe suggested we do this before he came out to take a look and that it might just solve our problemHe asked me to call him back regardless of the outcomeMy daughter and I went on a search and she found a "tripped" GFI behind some stuff that was stored in the garageWe pushed the reset button and "PROBLEM SOLVED!!" I called *** back and he was just as happy as I was about the resultIn all reality, he could have taken advantage of me and come out and simply found the missing GFI, pushed the reset button and charged me for a service callI figure *** probably saved me $just by diagnosing the problem over the phone and allowing me to give it a try firstIn all of my life I have never experienced such a wonderful exchange between myself and a service providerWhen it comes to honesty, integrity and knowledge, I recommend you contact Pima Electrical for any of your electrical needsThey made me feel very welcome to Arizona and I will definitely contact them for any needs in the future
I want to thank Pima Electric Contractors for a job well done I called on a Saturday night for help with a tripped circuit breaker I fully expected the electrician to take my information and come out to my house I certainly feared that it would cost a bundle to have them out after hours on a Saturday night Instead, he was more than willing to troubleshoot the problem over the phone with me I was able to fix the problem with his help, and he didn't need to come out I will definitely remember this and use this electrician the next time I need someone at my house Thank you Pima Electric Contractors!
