Payment is 3 months overdue for services rendered. At first, [redacted] said payment would be mailed, then he stopped returning phone and text messages. Same situation as the first reviewer. After waiting and having a certified demand letter refused delivery, there is nothing to do but use the court system. I will let everyone know about this Scottsdale payment shirker. I recommend that no one do business with [redacted] and Pima Pool LLC. He has no honor and no integrity.

He would not return calls and text messages regarding payment owed for services rendered.

We have had these guys doing our pool service for about a year now and we are so disappointed in there service it's horrible. In one year we have had 6 different pool service people. It's uncalled for to have a new pool service person every two months. They never showed up on the day they were supposed to and come December they showed up the first week and never showed up the rest of the month. At the end of the month we got a bill billing us for the full amount for service for the entire month when they only showed up once. We canceled their service and told them that we were not going to pay for the weeks they were not there so they filed a court complaint against us and forced us to pay. I don't think we should have to pay for the weeks that they didn't show up. When we contacted the man in charge of the services he was extremely rude and would not let us say anything. When we called every time we tried to say something he cut us off and said that we were wrong. This is a horrible business and I don't recommend them to anyone ever.

Pima Pool's came to diagnose the problem in a timely manner and within the week they were able to repair the leaks and fix the problems very professionally. Their skills are excellent and they did a great job with no hidden charges. I was very happy with their service.

Review: On approximately November 3, 2014, I hired [redacted] owner of Pima Pool Service to replace 2 caretaker valves at the bottom of my pool, dig a out some dirt from the motor area, replace a 1.5 h.p. motor. The motor was new as were the caretaker valves that he was replacing. [redacted] had been 2 months prior to replace both these items. I agreed to pay him again in full to replace each. Total bill with tax was $1349.76. Two weeks later the caretaker valves ceased for the 3rd time, breaking a pipe and causing a huge loss of water and cracking the filter. [redacted] was immediately notified by my pool service company, myself and my husband. He has refused to replace the warrantied parts and do the labour to install them. I have had the filter replaced, paid an exorbitant water bill and asked [redacted] repeatedly since to replace the valves and install them. [redacted] has not responded to date.Desired Settlement: I can't trust the job be done correctly by [redacted] now, so a full refund for the labour and caretaker valves of $600.00 + tax as is shown on his invoice is what I seek. This way I can pay someone else to purchase and install the valves without suffering further monetary lose.
