Nothing like what is advertised the cozy reading room is the laundry and shower room which there is no fan no cooler no ac its down right almost unbearable to take a shower there much less sit and read. There are no picnic tables there is only a couple concrete slabs and its jam packed even have park model permanent trailers. No vending machines seems that the only thing that is real about their advertisement is the walking distance.
