Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved This is [redacted] with complaint number [redacted] I'd like to inform you that there has been contact between me and PinPics and everything is okay now.Thank you for your services and time!- [redacted]

I thought I had responded to you already, and apologize for the delay.  The following will show you that we have contacted the complainant and have resolved this.  The facts are this:
--We are under contract with Disney/Marvel to sell pins related to their properties, and...

must follow their strictures and guidelines for legal reasons/copyrights.
--We had advertised in multiple places the dates, rules, guidelines, release, etc. of these pins.
--Amazon somehow mistakenly listed one pin days early, and this user mistakenly purchased one.  Amazon also falsely wrote her their automated message about when the pin would be shipped/received.
--The pin wasn't even available for sale, and especially therefore not ready for shipment, when her order went through.
--The order was cancelled (as the item was not available yet) and she was asked to re-purchase it when the sale was official and live, and we would be happy to ship it to her when it was available, just like for everyone else.
--And of course we had to comply with the Legal Department of Disney/Marvel.
--She wrote us "Why did you cancel my order?" and we responded with the facts, above.
--Then this Revdex.com claim was started.
Below is our correspondence, showing that it is resolved:

We had sent out out an e-mail to all our members, listing the date and time of the sale as well as the release of the pin two weeks after that, and also cross-posted on our website and our Facebook Group with the same information -- and assumed that you were a member and had understood the sale period and Release, as posted. Regardless of Amazon's malfunction, it wasn't your fault. We apologize for the assumption, and will be happy to send you a complimentary copy of the pin when it is released. Please expect the date of shipping to be sometime in the next 7-14 days. Please send us your address, so we can ship you a Thor pin, at that time, and please also inform us when it has arrived. --PinPics On 16.06.2014 16:35, [redacted] wrote: Pinpics, Sorry for the delay. Review: On June the 4th of 2014 I purchased the 'Character Key Thor Pin Variant' from Pinpics.com I received both a conformation email and my credit card was charged. With an estimated delivery date of Jun 10th- Jun 13th 2014. On June the 8th of 2014 I received an email stating that my order was canceled and my money was returned to my credit card. I did not cancel my order!I sent PinPics.com an email on June the 9th of 1214- at 1:20 PM requesting that they correct their systems error, and continue sending me my product and recharge my account. At 1:32 I received a reply email from Pinpics.com saying that the 'Character Key Thor Pin Variant' was not available for purchase until Tuesday 6 2013 at 6pm PST. and that it was advertised to everyone that this is when the sell for this item would be starting. That I was confused and advise that I purchase my product during the appropriate time. When I purchased the 'Character Key Thor Pin Variant' on June the 4th there was no notification that the item was not for sell, I was able to purchase it with out error. I sent another email pointing out these errors in there system at 1:44 PM. assuring them that the misunderstanding was not on my behalf and they should withhold the original sell.I have not received a reply email from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my 'Character Key Thor Pin Variant' from Pinpics.com and I would like an apology from them for accusing me for being in error when in fact I was not. I feel very insulted and belittled with how Pinpics.com has handled the situation.
