Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/05/03) */ I send my driver to Los Angeles to pick up the sofa at 7:and and my driver went back to Moreno Valley to delivery the sofa set and they set up everything and she say that's no the color so she told the drivers after hour put the sofa set out the house we did everything good please tell so at this point I will be cancelled The sofa set so really I don't want problems all I say I did everything right please help me thanks

Day of purchase July 10, In that month we had a sale of a twin bed with free mattress and nightstand included When the client ( [redacted] ***) came that day [redacted] (the sales person) she showed her the mattress that came in the sale and she was perfectly fine with them, she checked the contract and signed itShe is saying that the mattresses are used but they are not used they are refurbished and she never ask about that plus she didn't pay for the mattresses they were free in the purchase of the bedWhen a client purchase a mattress we are in charge of explain averything about the mattress and the guaranty that come with itI don't think is fair that she is complaining after months of the purchase when she didn't even pay for the mattresses plus when she talked to [redacted] she offered her to come to the store to pick another tipe of mattresses to try to give her a good servise because that's what we like to do keep our clients happy and satisfied, even tho it past two months already but she just refused to come and we can't do anything about thatHopefully we can fix this situation

My husband and I bought twin sets for our kids back in July 10,We got a special that included the bed frame, mattress, and night stands for $798+ tax They were supposed to deliver the following week never arrived, gave them one extra weekThen my nightmares started First the night stands were not the ones promised they were a cheap material nothing like picture I took of them from catalogI went down to furniture store and [redacted] our sales person got the manager to change only one of the night stands I had to pay more if I wanted the 2nd one, of course I didn't pay for the extra so now I have night stand that don't matchIt wasn't over today 9-16-when I was taking the mattress out of the plastic I notice it had a yellow tag saying ( secondhand (USED) product) and again I called the store trying to contact the manager Levi , never got a hold of him so after calling a few time one of the girls that work there said who was my sales person gave her the name

I am being charged hidden fees that are not on my signed documents after completing my layawayThese types of charges should be on fine print not verbally told to a customerExtremely upset with this company and when trying to negotiate with the manager all I'm being told is I can't do anything about it So I will, now they're being reported to the Revdex.com and getting a lower grade that what they already have

This store had a misleading black friday ADAdvertised disney character dressers for $we even called to confirmUpon arrival we were told, no they are $Even after showing the AD, there response was"Yea it says 59, but there actually 100, its still a deal." clearly she has her own version and we have ours , we don"t wanna keep going back and forward, we would like to fix this problem as soon as posible specially because she is one of our clients? and that's our joblike I said before we like to keep our clients happy and satisfy and so because of that we are gonna exchange her mattresses and delivery is gonna be completely free no charge on that at all.she just needs to let us know ? what day so we can program itthe days that we do deliveries are tuesdays, fridays and saturdaysplease let as know as soon as posible thank you

That is not true. I have called them multiple times a day and they always say he isnt available and that he will call me back but he never does. Is there a way I can send you a picture of my call log? Also I don't want a credit. He tried to sell me something he did not have. I want a refund. In December he told me he was going to mail me a check and he still has not. I just want my money back. I am tired of calling him all the time with no response.
