Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear...

below. I am in FULL understanding of what happened with my account the ENTIRE time I have been a member and I find your response to the Revdex.com not only rude and condescending but not factual.  You have NO idea what goes on in my personal life but I will clue you in just so you do not make this mistake with another customer.  I PAID my [redacted] loan and they attempted to take more money out of my account earlier this year.  Just because money does not change hands through your institution does not mean the transaction did not happen.  So you did not have to incur any loss on my part for the [redacted] loan.  In all actuality you MADE money because I chose to pay it to avoid this very hassle!!  AND I HAVE made two other fraud claims, filling out the appropriate paperwork (as you mistakenly said I did not) and I WAS refunded money.  Now if your bank did not follow their proper procedure and it was not recorded appropriately you should NOT say I am the one who made statements that were not true.  My whole argument was that YOUR bank took money out of MY account without my knowledge.  I do not even care to argue whether I owed the money or not, I had NO problem paying it but just because I chose your bank to deposit my money does that give you the right to withdraw MY money without my knowledge?  I posed this question in my complaint and I find it suspicious that, in all your ranting about what I did or didn't do, you NEVER bothered to answer the question of WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE MONEY I OWED YOU AND WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE TO INFORM SOMEONE BEFORE MONEY IS WITHDRAWN FROM THEIR ACCOUNT.  Once again you have no idea about my personal life.  Maybe one or two hundred dollars is nothing to you but to me and my family that could mean keeping the lights on or buying groceries and when you are counting on that money and planning around that money and then you go to withdraw it to pay that bill or go grocery shopping and it is gone, for some families, mine included, that is devastating.  I WANT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE BEFORE YOUR INSTITUTION WITHDRAWS MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
