Pine Acre Bed and Breakfast

From the moment I arrived at Pine Acre Bed and Breakfast, [redacted], the owner was unwelcoming, rude and critical. Then she saw my suitcase she was furious stating "You will destroy my whole house, I'm not carrying that huge thing. Use small bags and carry them yourself." She was also oblivious to my injured legUnable to use the back entrance, I was instructed to use the steep front entrance whose stairs made it very difficult to climb. I would never have booked with her if I was aware of the narrow staircase to the rooms upstairs. Having nowhere to go, I tried to be accommodating, found some paper bags in my car and began to bring my things up the stairs. On the way down, I paused to look for the least painfulway back to my car. No matter what I said or did she continued to berate me. "You're totallydisoriented.. you can't even find your car...How did you ever drive on the Mass Pike...It's a good thing you didn't cause a major accident I would never want to be on the same road with person who is so confused and disoriented." Her yelling never stopped after that.I made the mistake of putting some shoes aside temporarily in a nearby king size room. This made her tirade escalate even further. I apologized and even offered to pay her to stay in the bigger room. She I answered, "This room is for loyal patrons who know what they are doing.. I have every reason to be yelling at you.!" She continued screaming long after I asked her to stop.I had never felt so humiliated and began sobbing. I overheard her making 2 phone calls to my friend, who had originally recommended the place, just as I was about to call her myself. They were shocked at her behavior and said they would come over to help me get out. I then began to bring all my things back to my car while she warned me to wait for them on the stairs and not go to the back deck which only left me to deal with the steep stairs again. My friends came to get me at great inconvenience as they were on route to Williamstown.I knew I had ample reason to leave..
