Beware the salesman
We bought used a Triple E Embassy motor home from them in October of last yearWhen we bought it, we asked lots of questions and the salesman was quite nice and we thought very thorough at the timeHe spent a couple of hours showing us how everything workedHe said that everything workedWe asked for the check list of what they reviewed when they readied the motor home for saleHe was quite taken aback that we asked for this check list He said no one else had ever asked for itWe got one anywayWe bought the motor home and took it homeFirst thing that did not work was the radio /entertainment systemSecond, the video entertainment system did not workThe backup battery system did not work In The spring we started up the air conditioning and it did not workIn the spring the Generator also did not work
They did replace the radio entertainment systemThe problem with the video system was that it was not plugged inThe battery backup system had a bad wire which they fixed I had to pay for the air conditioning because it could have gone bad over the winterI had to fix the generatorIt has been a frustrating and long process to get the motor home ready to useWe live almost two hours from the dealer and multiple trips to get things fixed did not help
