Review: I took my weedeater in to be repaired 3/3/2016 they ask me what was wrong with it, after explaining the cable was broke they charged me $20. diagnostic fee which I thought was strange because I just told then what was wrong. They said it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it to fix. After one month I called to check status they said it wasn't ready, after 2 months I called again she said she would call [redacted] to check on delivery of cable and call me back, but she didn't call me back, this happened 4 times over the following month finally month 3 I called again and she said same thing, I said forget it, I will pick my weed eater up and I wasn't my $20. back she said ok I went immediately there and got my weedeater and they refused to give me my $20. back. It was the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. And I was warned by others in town not to go there to begin with. I should of listened.Desired Settlement: I want my $20.back for the diagnostic fee that I diagnosed to them!

The $20.00 is a diagnostic fee that is non-refundable. In this case of the customer, work was done to her [redacted] string trimmer. The starter rope was replaced, the cost of replacing this part is $4.00 plus tax and labor is $20.00. If she would like to pay for the starter rope repair I would be happy to refund her $20.00. The part that we were waiting for was a cable, unforturnately the distributor did not have the part in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Which in many cases, takes a very long time to receive. Her string trimmer is a discontinued model and has been for along time, this is also a factor in why the part was taking a long time to arrive. All this was explained to her of why the part was taking a long time to arrive.

I am rejecting this response because: none of this was explained to me, I never relieved one phone call from them letting me know why they were taking so long to repair my weed eater. Every time I called all they said is they haven't received part yet and will call manufacturer and call me back. But I never got a call back. And one employee told me on phone I could get my $20. Back but when I went to pick up my weed eater and my 20. they wouldn't give me my $20.
