I am rejecting this response because:if the car had issues how was it driven to pine belt chrysler and I am sure you have your cameras to show that. second of all I just pickup the car there was no charges and the manager there was so scared of giving mem a receipt showing the work and I had to call the police for him to give me a piece of paper. I am taking to the car to my  mechanic for diagnostic and will take you to court and make you pay for it. and I will tell everyone I know about what you guys did to my car.

[redacted] presented Mr. [redacted] with the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty and he refused. He was not made aware , neither was the salesperson of any damage to the vehicle upon delivery. It's our belief that the damage occurred after the consumer took delivery of his vehicle....

The reason for the delay on his motor vehicle documents was that he still had sales tax still due in CT.
If there is any additional information that you need please contact me.

Edward, My name is Joseph P[redacted] E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt Enterprises, LLC.  I am a bit confused by this as our records indicate that we in fact did refund your deposit more than two weeks prior to this complaint.  Is this is incorrect or if you would like to discuss this...

further please reach out to me directly at [redacted] or on my direct line at [redacted]All the best.

Samir,My name is Joseph P[redacted], E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt Enterprises.  While I empathize with your situation I would ask that you tell the complete story.  As you know this vehicle is owned by a used car dealer. The dealer had issues with the vehicle and had all the modules...

replaced (PCM, BCM ,TIPM and ABS modules) by someone else...not Pine Belt.  What they didn't know was that a module called a TIPM needs to be VIN specific and the one that was installed is not, and can not be programmed by us. This is the cause of the issues and has nothing to do with the recall we preformed. You agreed to the diagnosis charges for us to find out what was causing the issues and we supplied that information happily. The charge of $223.36 was authorized and is due from you. It is clear based on the excessive replacement of parts that the vehicle has had issues that were not diagnosed correctly by whom ever was working on the vehicle. Clearly, we have done our part on the vehicle and your complaints lie with whomever performed the work PRIOR to Pine Belt.  If you would like to discuss this in an HONEST fashion further please reach out to me at [redacted] or via email at j[redacted]

[redacted]My name is Joseph P[redacted] E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt Enterprises, LLC.  As I understand our General Manager has been in contact with you with regards to your misunderstanding of the paperwork.  As he explained you were in fact not charged over the list price of the...

vehicle.  Beyond that he explained how we over-allowed by more than $1000 on your trade in just to help you get into the vehicle you were interested.  Beyond even that...we purchased not one but TWO phones to ensure that you could get the most out of the technology in your new vehicle.  As you could imagine we were certainly taken aback by this complaint under these circumstances.  I would venture to say that I do not know of another dealer that would purchase a new IPhone for a customer so that their ownership experience is as fulfilling as possible.  I hope now that you understand the paperwork better and that you can appreciate our commitment to complete customer satisfaction. All the best.

[redacted],My name is Joseph P, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt.  I researched your situation and have found the following.  The system we now use time stamps the pictures as well as everything else we do. When we wrote repair order upon arrival, the scratch was there. How it happened, or...

even when, we do not know. What we do know is that when we took possession of the vehicle the scratch was there as the pictures clearly indicate. This photograph was supplied to both yourself and Mrs. [redacted] who was in with the service manager just a few days ago.  Based upon the clear photographic evidence the fact is we did not cause the scratch and we should not be asked to repair damage not caused by us...nor will we.  Situations such as this are the exact reason we have invested in and used the system that we have.  We will however be happy to assist and guide you in getting the scratches repaired if you would like at whatever discount we could provide. Thanks,Joseph PE-Commerce DirectorPine Belt Enterprises, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, a picture is worth a thousand words. I am disgusted with the way you people are dealing with this situation. Obviously you are calling me a liar. I am telling you that I did not bring the car in the that damage so clearly the damage occured on your property. You obviously have 24 hour footage of my vehicle. You will never get another piece of business. And I do not need you to wish me luck. I need you to rectify the situation. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am rejecting this response because: The car was dropped off on your lot over night. The car was not brought in till around 12:00. Yes, I saw the low resolution photo that you time stamped. Which has a shadow but does not clearly show a scratch on the driverside door or the front quarter panel. Funny how your service technition suddenly now has amnesia. This is not an acceptable response. You people are the worst and will never recommend this dealer again. I am more than happy to go to the media and show them both photos and allow the public to decide what they see.

Review: Today is August 23, 2015, about 3 weeks ago we went to Pine Belt Chrysler Jeep concerning a packet we received in the mail saying your a winner we went to the dealer ship just to see if we won anything. Upon arriving they asked are you interested in a new vehicle we said yes, but we owe to much on our current vehicle so we know we cant trade it in. The sales associate took all of our information anyways, after about 45 min. another sales associate said he didn't work their he travels the country at different car dealerships selling vehicles. He stated " the vehicle you have is not worth what you owe on it" he said you can keep it or get it repossessed, we asked how does that work. He said if you purchase a vehicle today in a few days call the bank tell them you don't want it anymore and they will come and take it, it will go on your credit report but with the vehicle loan you have and if you get a new one today your credit will build back up quickly. We left that night with a new vehicle. we were told to bring it back in 2 days to get it detailed so we did. After it was done being detailed we told the sale associate we did research and everything says if you get a repossessed the bank takes it sales it at auction for fair prince and you pay the remaining balance is this true because if it is I don't want this vehicle? He said no not at all they take it and pay your vehicle off that's all. Well we called the bank and that is exactly how it works they take it sale it at auction for fair price and you are left with the remaining balance. Now I am a military man with a wife and 2 children with three open car loans.Desired Settlement: On August 7, 2015 the bank released the funds to the dealership, I want the commission taken from that sales associate his name was "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" they are at another dealership now somewhere in the country, I want the funds given back to the bank the down payment refunded to me and I would like to return the vehicle hands clean with no repercussions since the whole sale was a lie. If this cannot be obtained I will continue to hire a lawyer and take further action.

Review: On 12/28/13, I made a computer inquiry about 2013 Jeep Wrangler either Sahara/Rubicon. I was contacted by a phone by [redacted], a representative from Pinebelt Chrysler Jeep (hereinafter "Pinebelt"). I explained to Ms. [redacted] what features I was looking for in a car and told her exactly what car I had to trade in, including mileage and the v**ue I researched online (blue book). I told her that the car may not appraise for the same v**ue at the de**ership and asked her to speak to whomever she needed to speak to in order to find out what the de**ership would be able to appraise the car at. I **so told her the price that I was looking to pay and explained that I went to another de**ership and did not get this price. I **so told her that time was of the essence as I was looking to get a car that before New Year and that I worked full time so that day was the only day I had. I **so told her that if I could not get a Wrangler for that price, I would go with my second choice - Toyota. I **so told her that I had 3 kids and the de**ership was far from my home, so I would only go there if the de**ership would be able to sell me the car I wanted for up to $24,000 which price included **l taxes and fees.

[redacted] c**led me shortly afterwards and told e that she discussed it with the de**ership and that they would be able to sell me the car I wanted for the price I named and scheduled an apointent for me for 3pm. When I came to Pinebelt, I was told by ** (s**esman) that they did not even have 2013 cars and the other options he offered were priced much higher than the price I named or did not have **l of the options I stated I needed.

Pinebelt internet s**es office has a recording of my conversations with [redacted], which I asked the manager not to delete.Desired Settlement: I want Pinebelt to sell me the car pursuant to the representation made to me.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: It has been over a year since I filed a complaint and the message from the dealership was that he wants to discuss this. I wasted enough time and I already purchased a vehicle from another dealership. I am not interested in simply discussing this matter.
