As the customer states we have exhausted all possible solutions. We have at our expense replaced the radio. We have had the Subaru field service representative get involved and they feel it is the consumers cell phone. There is nothing else we are in a position to do.Kenny...

Subaru of America has taken the position there is nothing wrong with the customer's vehicle. As I stated we even installed a different radio and the problem still exists.Kenny M[redacted]   VP
