*** *** *riginally contacted me on 7/30/to inquire abOut purchasing a farm house table and other items, with a deposit date of 7/31/and a delivery date of the farm house table on 8/12/Attached is a picture of the table top before it left meh shop. Upon the delivery I
then attached the top to the base, with the customer present the entire timeAfter customer inspection, in my presence, she said she loved the outcome of the product and the paid the remaining balance. Soon after I began another another piece of furniture for Ms*** who received with open arms, with no complaint about the table top and paid full balance of th entertainment center.After the farmhouse table and entertainment center there was still a third piece of furniture to be built for the construction which was discussed and price was agreed upon by Ms*** and reflected a multi build constructionPine Cone Country is still waiting on Ms*** to fulfill her original obligation. At the time of our correspondence between the first build through the delivery of the entertainment center, warranty of the items was never brought up by Ms*** *r myself. I stand 100% behind every piece of furniture I build and will fix any issues that are my faultThe damage from the customers picture, that has occurred at the residence, possibly due to someone sitting on the edge of he tape and breaking the glue joint. My offer still stands that I will remake the top if the customer provides the material, at a cost of $40.00.My shop runs at a rate of $an hour with my time and material I would have approximately 5hrsIn completing this table top.

This resolution is not resolved and I will not pay any more money for a new table topIf a company stands behind there work than they would atleast look at the product and thoroughly notice I had nothing to do with this defective productBeing that Mr.Jones works with wood since this is his business, he would know that wood eventually settles and anything can happenI have no reason to make things up or try to create issues where there is no reasonMy entertainment center is perfectly fineBut when I noticed this issue with my table top, I immediately contacted Mr.Jones and he did nothing but give me the run around and make up excuses as to why he couldn't come look at it and automatically said he'd make me a new one only if I paid for itSo, why would I have my third piece made by a business that doesn't stand behind their work? I wouldn't nor would I recommend himI'm completely upset that he would do this to me and by no means will I pay anymore to have another table top madeThe table top is slopping more and I'm highly disappointed in the outcome, what it's doing and the fact I've paid $for a junk table!! He can fix the table, give me a refund and take this table back or I'll see him in court. Thanks,*** ***
