I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The persons were very friendly in regards to my complaint clarifying that the shed may be paid off in full early at anytime reducing the still vary expensive service charge. The salespersons then indicated all proceeds are donated to charity.

Review: Sales Person and his wife sold shed to me at 4399.00 renting to own at 214.45 a month. It was then Delivered. A month later I was sent a contract to sign stating I would rent to own for 36 months paying 7331.76 total. I was under assumption I was paying 4399 and id have that payed off in about 18 months. At no time during the sale was an interest rate or amount of rent to own service fee or a length of time of payments discussed and had I known I would be paying that much more money for rent to own, I never would have purchased this shed. They should have never given me the impression I was paying 4399. Or at least given me the paperwork up front which I am now refusing to sign. I will make payments but I did not agree to terms sent and feel not being told was misleading and not customary but unusually excessive. This company does bad business. Buyer be ware.Desired Settlement: I wish to pay 4399 for the shed I purchased at 4399 plus 18 -26 percent simple interest minus my down payment which should be a customary and usuall term. No company in the United States should be allowed ecessive unreasonable interest rates. I cannot believe this the [redacted] are allowing theyre structures to be presented in this manner.
