Pine Grove Auto since they called the police and threatened to press criminal charges if we didn't return the loner car they gave us while the repairs were being made to our carOur cars repair was not done until the following week and the dealership was calling and getting updates on the repair and they were not telling us and we were calling at the same time which was frustrating the mechanicWhen we dropped off the loner car the salesman that we bought the car from completely ignored us and took the keys back from usDue to the ignorance we told the dealership we would pick up my car from the transmission company which was over min away from our homeIf we do not hear from the dealership we plan on filing a civil complaint because the repairs to my husbands *** was agreed on before we signed the paperwork for the truckIf the agreement was not made we would not have bought a truck without an air conditionerI will be contacting the attorney generals office in regards to my car if they refuse to come to a reasonable resolution in regards to my car as well.
