I contacted pinehill landscaping to do get an estimate for work at my ** year old mothers house I am her DPOA and acted on her behalf. he was the lowest bidder I contacted and spoke with [redacted] once who was very polite at the time and discussed the quote and asked if her was removing the leave and debris and I was told "we remove all debris unless customer tells us different" at that time I said ok please do spring clean up and mow every other week, pinehill put all the leaves and debris in the back yard mowed the lawn once and never returned and refuses to return my calls, I paid him for the one lawn mowing and paid for part of the estimate for clean up but he did not do the entire job. his office person is [redacted] and hangs up the phone, lies and says he works 7 days a week till dark from last april/may till present (it is pouring rain out today and he is out working in it)accuses me of [redacted] her it has been over 6 months and I have not even called once a month. but now I am calling because they are taking all the leaves from the next door neighbors house and blowing them into the yard of a ** year old women who is blind, deaf and suffers from dementia. can you get any lower then doing a job at a persons house and blowing the leaves into the next door neighbors house who is a ** year old women? how nasty can anyone be?Product_Or_Service: spring clean up with removal bi weekly mowingDesired Settlementclean up the far back yard at the ** year old womens house were pinehill landscaping is blowing the leaves of another home owner.or pay the cost to have another company do it!so simply just do the right thing.Business Response On 5/6/14 [redacted] contracted my company to perform a Spring clean-up and lawn cut at her mothers' house at [redacted] St. [redacted] MA. We performed this service on 5/17/14. On 5/19/14 [redacted] called and spoke with my office manager and stated that we dumped leaves in the backyard wooded area. My office manager apologized for the error and told her we would correct it. We went back on 5/19/14 and removed the leaves blown into the backyard wooded area. On 5/22/14 I spoke with [redacted] directly, apologized again and told her the mistake was corrected on 5/19/14. Although [redacted] had a right to be upset about the miscommunication between the crew workers and myself, we corrected the problem the same day she made us aware of it and that didn't suffice. She was irate and insulting to my office manager when she called on 5/19/14. Seven weeks after we were there [redacted] called to ask if we had cut since the first visit. We were never contracted to do any lawn cutting and did not receive the signed estimate back asking to have that service done. I have only received half the amount owed to date. On 11/3/14 I received a message [redacted] left over the weekend accusing us of dumping leaves onto her mothers' lawn from a neighboring house which we have serviced since 2011 without incident. My office manager spoke with [redacted] on 11/13/14, when she again called accusing us of this, and informed her I had spoken with my crew workers who had confirmed this was not being done. [redacted] left another accusatory message on 11/17/14 about the blowing of leaves. She called a total of 8 times within a half hour period that morning. That afternoon she called again and my office manager informed her I wasn't available. [redacted] accused her of lying stating that "he doesn't work in the rain." After the 9th call that day my office manager informed [redacted] to stop harassing her, that I would return her call when I could and terminated the call to avoid further ranting. [redacted] called another 4 times after that leaving another unprofessional message. She again left another message on 11/18/14. While I haven't spoken to [redacted] directly as of recent, my office manager has relayed my message that we are not blowing leaves onto her mothers' lawn, which does not require my personal attention. Her blatant harassing phone calls and argumentative behavior during every one of the conversations with my office manager is uncalled for and unwarranted as her accusations have no basis. As for her lack of payment for service provided back in May, I spoke to her on 5/22/14 letting her know the situation was corrected. At no point in time did I tell her she wasn't required to pay that invoice, and further charges will ensue until it is paid in full.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I never called irate I have asked for [redacted] to return my calls because every call I have had with his office manage she is nasty and hangs up the phone. 90% of the problem is his [redacted] office manager I never called 9 times she told me on the first call that I was [redacted] and hung up and I called back and she refused to answer the phone and I left a message I have had it. [redacted] and I agreed on the phone that he was cutting the grass every other week. at first I did not get the bill and I called for the bill and she even hung up on me when I called for a bill. I told [redacted] when he told me he would pick up the leaves that we would agree to disagree till he showed me he intended to live up to his contract. but he never took out the leaves and I have pictures of the pill of leave he is blowing into the yard from next door. I have even asked other landscapers that have been out to give me estimates to correct his work and they say the pill of leaves are being blown over from next door. How would you get a pile of leaves unless they are blown there or dropped there? why can't this man return a call from april? why can't he meet me at the house and talk since april? ye si do believe the office manager is lying when she say he has been working 7 days a week till dark or after since april. it is dark at 5 now I have plenty of flash lights he could meet me or talk to me. let him put his reputation where his mouth isFinal Consumer Response Pinehill submitted picture they took that attempted to hide the pile of leaves however if you look at pinehill landscapeing's own picture you can clearly see the pile of leave behind the fence sperating my mothers backyard in half. right behind the fence in the corner is a large pile of leaves from pinhill landscaping that he is blowing from a neighbors yard into the yard of a ** year old women who is blind, deaf and suffers from dementia. if you also look at how deep the leaves are in the second partion of the back yard compared to the front yard or the other portion of the back yard it is clear that pinehill is blowing the neighbors leaves in and also never took out the leaves that he put back there instead of hauling away according to what he said he would do when doing the spring clean up of 2014. I am not saying her yard is or ws impeccable, but it is clear that pinehill landscaping is blowing leaves into her back yard and clearly dump the leaves from spring clean up into her back yard instead of removing as promised. this is all being shown in pictures pinehill took themselves so you know if they took the picture they are trying to hide what they did and it is still as clear as day. how rotten and low can a business man go to [redacted] from a ** year old women and he cannot return a call to the daughter since april/may time frame of 2014, and his office manager is [redacted] when the daughter calls and she has not even called once a month do to time constraints and working. Final Business Response I, [redacted] did work for Ms. [redacted]'s mother. I was never paid in full for the job I did for her. She had called me after the service and stated that my crew had dumped leaves in the back of her mother's home. After speaking with my crew, they acknowledged dumping some leaves in the back area of her mother's home. I immediately sent my crew back and they cleaned up the leaves. I received a second call from Ms. [redacted] stating that leaves were still there. I again sent my crew back to her mother's home. My crew has not dumped any leaves in that area since. I service the neighbor's home next to Ms. [redacted]'s mother's home and had requested a statement from them regarding dumping the leaves. I believe they may be on vacation at this time.
