Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my...

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.          I went to the dealership,Jimmy Johnson Chevy on February 26, 2016, to see if that was a
way that my issue could be addressed. I then met with [redacted] and [redacted]
(Used car sales). They also told me that they understood the situation,
apologized and said they would help. They had my sign a form to run my
credit, which I signed. They told me to go pick a vehicle and they would
run the numbers, and have me in a out as fast as possible. [redacted]
stated that he would even give me more the the vehicle that I was
returning. I chose the SUV that I was promised, and was told that I
wasn't able to take that car. I only was able to take a Cruze or a
Mailbu that's all I could chose from. I was very upset because I not
once was I being heard about what was best for my family and myself. I
was being forced into a car I didn't want. After being at the dealership
for hours they also too ran the numbers on a Cruze and offered me a
payment that was two hundred dollars over my current payment and it's an
SUV. I left the dealership making no deal, in tears and very stressed. I
was treated horrible by [redacted]. I felt like a joke to them and not taken
serious, not one did they offer to call the General Manager, [redacted]
[redacted]. It wasn't until after I filed a complaint with Revdex.com that I have
heard anything of the GM.      I was called by [redacted]l, the General Manager of Jimmy Johnson Chevy. We spoke on the phone on March 17, 2016, where then he promised that he would do whatever needed to be done to help me, and stated that he would be calling me back the following day. That call was never made the following day, Mr. [redacted] called and left a message on my voicemail that, he is still working on a solution and would be again calling me on Monday.  That Monday, promised call was made either. So on March 22, 2016 I called Mr. [redacted] myself and left a message for him to please call me back with an update, on being sold a car with a damaged transmission, suspension and a active recall on the vehicle. Financial Manager [redacted], called me back later that day, to ask what short of payment I was looking for and why I wasn't able to settle for a Cruze or a Mailbu. I explained to [redacted] that being put into a smaller vehicle just wouldn't work for my family. Which was one of the main reason I wanted trade in my [redacted]. My family is in need of a suv, because my son now has a pet companion. She stated to me that a smaller car would be a smaller payment, in which I understood. *I tried to explain to [redacted] that, I bought a vehicle from Jimmy Johnson Chevy in the hopes that in was in "almost", perfect condition as what it said in my contract and that's not what I got. She said that she would be calling me back (again).        I later received a phone call from Mr. [redacted] on the evening of 3/22/2016, and then again stated that he was working on a situation. What was really upsetting to me was that Mr. [redacted] wasn't aware why I wanted to return the vehicle I bought at his dealership. He asked me, what was my reasoning for being unhappy with my purchase and what brought up the situation. It has been over four months now and Mr. [redacted] isn't fully aware of my issues. I don't feel like the Jimmy Johnson Chevy dealership has taking me serious. This is an extremely serious and sensitive issues that need to be address and I have been pushed aside. I'm not happy with my vehicle purchase. I was sold a car that shouldn't have been sold. It wasn't in the correct shape as stated in the contract. I was lied to. Mr. [redacted]l stated that things like this happens all the time, car are sold incorrectly all the time and these issues happen. But that is not correct! Car's aren't sold from dealerships with damaged transmissions and suspension or a recall, especially dealership with a quote "great" name. That's not good practice to do so, customers shouldn't be lied to, that's awful.       My credit has no been damaged, because of so many inquires for a vehicle loan, it's harder now to get approved. I have tried to improve my credit over the years and it is now going to take me a while to fix everything. This has been such a hassle for me and my family. If I would've known that I would have such a problem I would've never enter the Jimmy Johnson Chevy Dealership. I went to this particular dealership because I thought they were the best. Regards,
[redacted]
