Pine Lake RV Park and Campground

This day camping trip to this place turned into an expensive, stressful waste of time! Advertised acre lake, fishing, boats, free Wi Fi, cable TV,etc Myself, my friend and her yrold boy were so excited! Manager so rude! Acted like d/t us being women, we knew nothingtalked down to me the whole time! Arrived late d/t car problems, decided to rent a cabin No Wi Fi, had to go to a rec room, no cable TV unless in rec roomLake snake and gator infested, NO swimming, catch and release onlyAc very inefficient for "cabin"So hot! At 3am it was degrees, too hot to sleepNot made aware of rules, etcThey had a rule for everything and a fine attachedpaid $to be treated like an it! Saturday night, hardly anyone there, Rv sites empty, I know whyWe were being watched the whole timeNext morning we chatted with a WW!! veteran, told us it was a training center for some night operations for sheriff dept and military Creepy place, and RUDE management!!

I called today to book a reservation, we have never stayed here but the lady on the phone was very friendly and made my reservation without asking for any depositi called back later this evening to cancel but it was after hoursI left a message just as a courtesy because she didnt charge me a depositI dont know what happen to the person on here that gave a bad review because of a deposit that was never refunded but they obviously have resolved their policy

I made a reservation and sent a deposit to Pine Lake RV Park in March, for a month-long stay during February, I was assured that the deposit was refundableI had to cancel the reservation in September, and left several voice mails to that effect over the next two weeksMy calls were not returnedOn October 16, 2016, I mailed a written cancellation notice and a copy of my cancelled check for the deposit to Pine Lake RV with the expressed request that they notify me by mail or phone that the cancellation was received and how they would handle the refunding of my depositAs of December 1, 2016, I have received no response; my phone calls are still not being returnedI would definitely not recommend trying to make reservations with Pine Lake RV Park

Advertised 7.5 acre lake, fishing, boats, free Wi Fi, cable TV,etc. Myself, my friend and her 7 yr. old boy were so excited! Manager so rude! Acted like d/t us being women, we knew nothing. talked down to me the whole time! Arrived late d/t car problems, decided to rent a cabin. No Wi Fi, had to go to a rec room, no cable TV unless in rec room. Lake snake and gator infested, NO swimming, catch and release only. Ac very inefficient for "cabin". So hot!
