I am rejecting this response because: of all the inaccuracies and incorrect statementsTo begin with this was ordered on December 13th and I was told on the phone that it would might make a Christmas delivery but that it would be here by
the 28thThis is an item that was for use in winter and was important that it arrive in time for the entire seasonI was told I would receive an email receipt and shipping tracking number when it shippedTo this day I have not received a receipt or even a conformation of the order.My credit card was billed December 21, which indicated it shippedOn the 30th I called to find out where it wasShould have been here 3-days earlierThey claimed it was going to ship out that dayAgain was told I would get a receipt and tracking numberGot nothingBy January 7th i've had enough and called, got no answer and left a message to cancel the orderAs far as I knew at that point it still had not shipped...I had not gotten any tracking info or conformationI even said in the message that it was obvious that it had not shipped and to cancel the orderThey didn't respond back to that phone call so the next day January 8th I called back (no answer again) repeated the cancellationI also sent an email right after the phone call canceling the orderAt this point I had not been told that it actually shipped and had no tracking infoThey responded back the afternoon of January (the first time they had contacted me or sent me anything) with a tracking numberI emailed them back 8th and said it had taken too long and that I would not get the full seasons use out of itTold them to cancel the order and refund my moneyThey emailed me back the next day, January saving they could not stop the shipment even though the tracking still showed it in UtahI tried to stop the delivery with FedEx but they were unable to stop itThey told me that if it showed up I should call fedex and they would come back and get itIt was delivered on January to our drivewayWe did not touch it at allWe did not open it, we did not move it, we didn't even touch itIf the unit was damaged it was either packed poorly or the damage was done by fedexI repeat we did not even touch the box After the fact I was able to find the refund policy buried in small print on the bottom of a web page and as I have never received a receipt or conformation of the order I didn't have any information on their refund policy sent to meI would not have ordered this product if I had been aware of the refund policy as it had very few and old reviewsWhat I believe is an equitable resolution is I would agree to pay for the shipping to me ($130.00) because even though they did not notify me, it did ship and I should have cancelled on December 30th when it was already 3-days lateHowever since (a) it shipped so late and took so long (12/30/to 1/9/17) putting delivery late into the winter season and (b) any damage was clearly done by the shipping company or due to faulty packaging as we did not even touch the box we feel we are not responsible for the return postage or the restocking fee
