Review: I purchased a dress from Pine Ridge at the cost of $525.14. Before prom even began (May 1st) the dress began having multiple issues. 1. The filament began coming out of the bottom of the dress and fraying. 2. Multiple beads came off or were dangling. 3. The eyelet that holds up the train became detached. I immediately called Pine Ridge at 4:55 PM and had a 5 minute conversation with Autumn the manager. At that point I acknowledged nothing could be done at the moment but wanted her to be aware all these issues with the dress had begun before prom even started (it wasn't from dancing all night and the gown being stepped on or anything). The conversation ended when she told me to bring the dress back in. I took the dress back into Pine Ridge on 5/11/15. The manager informed me nothing would be done except the seamstress could sew the filament back in and sew where the dress is fraying. She was informed the only a partial amount of filament was saved and the beads fell off and I did not have them.

*I waited until 5/11 to take the prom dress back so I could take a witness, J[redacted] who was at the pre-prom photos

*I have picutres and videos of the dress before prom of the fillament coming out and it trying to be pushed back in.

*I can provide phone records of the pre-prom phone call to Pine Ridge.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment
