Installer came yesterday and looked at liner and stated before issue with it. Want it writing that they will warranty liner for life span of liner. Installer is going to have to cut liner to remove sharp pieces and one stop is going to have to try to push stone out. Also if water is lost during this process or after if patches don't hold of liner becomes weak in the other spots, Pine Run Pools will be responsible for replacing water. Also put in writing.Problem is this is not going to be done till next year. So in order to close complaint, I will need in writing the following:         ,* Randy will come to my home and remove sharp objects from under liner first thing when pool is ready to be opened next season..             * Pine run will warranty the liner for the manufacturers life expectancy for liner.         * Pine Run Pools will replace water if any lost in repairs or liner thins snd tears in removal of sharp objects. Also after repairs and patches give or where going to push rock out thins and tears at a later date. Will drop complaint if letter is received. Thank you[redacted]

I purchased a pool on 5-18-2015. Was installed by pool company's Installer

Randy S[redacted]. 3 wks later. Under the liner washed out I place a call to pool company they in turn called installer at some point he showed up at my home Nerver contacted me not one time to let me know what was going on. Next week I called pool company back. Was informed Randy was here the damage was done due to a bad storm. It is not his fault he refused to fix it called pool company back they said they kind of agreed with the installer I finally had them come out and look at it. Randy S[redacted] was very hostile. Very rude Refused to do anything to fix the problem. Owner Ron S[redacted]. Did not have a lot to comment He said by the contract you as a buyer have to do this and this. We have no contract. To instruction at all "we have a contract at the office " the only paperwork we received was the receipt of payment. I do not believe this pool was properly installed and want it fixed.

Pine Run Pools is by far the best place to go for all your pool and hot tub needs. I have been a customer for 5+ years. They are very knowledgeable about products and offer great advice and solutions. Customer service is wonderful. Always very friendly and know their customers by name. I like that they have everything I need right there, supplies, advice and friendly faces. I wouldn't trust my pool and hot tub to anyone else.
