explained to you, application fees are non-refundable but stay on file for 6 months, so if you find another property that we have available, that you like, within 6 months from your original application, then you would not have to pay another fee. Additionally, your wife had spoken to one of our representatives about an alternative property, which is relatively comparable to the property you had been interested in, but this one allowed dogs. Your wife was very happy about it and was interested in this property. The application would be transferred to that property, and again, you would not have to pay another application fee. I would respectfully request that the Revdex.com close this file as this falls under landlord/tenant issues and it is our policy to not refund housing application fees, as they are already used on processing the application, and we do not make money on the application fee (it is used to run the application). This applicant can certainly apply the fee to another one of our properties within the next 6 months.
