My Acura TL needed a replacement of the alternator and front axleThey did all of the work under my warranty company in a very timely manner and were very professionalDonny (the owner) did no work that wasn't previously authorized by me and when I came to pick uo the car he let me know of other small maintenance issues that need to be taken care ofHe was very informative and he personally dealt with some of the repair work done on my car even though he had other employees working in the shopI would recommend them as one of the best shops, if not the best, in my town
Dropped in mid day without prior service at PT Automotive, up front and honest about the cost of repairs needed, a couple hundred lower than where I had originally taken my 2007 Dodge Caravan to be repaired. Repairs completed in a matter of hours, where as previously quoted a day. Took my 20 year old Maxima in for repairs, with each new problem that arose, they spoke with me before beginning next level of repairs. Great easy going atmosphere. honest and dependable. My father was a mechanic and since his passing, I have had a very hard time finding a repair shop that I trust or believe in enough to support repeatedly. I will never go any where else.
