We are terribly sorry that you feel like your experience was not worth whileBut we can assure you that it wasOur records indicate that we have contacted you a number of times throughout the duration of the service and got no responsesYou also contacted your credit card company and charged back our services which violated the terms and conditions of our agreementHowever we still continued to work on your matterWe also utilize automated messages that reaches out to clients to touch base with us if they have any questions or concerns or any updates that need to be addressedWe also have all the copies of the letters we assisted you for your disputeIf grammatical errors did occur we apologize for the inconvenienceHowever our contract indicates we have months to successfully assist you with the timeshare and you were out of your timeshare contract in a fraction of this timeYou have only paid us a fraction of our contract and your out of your timeshare

We never advice clients to stop making payments this is a decision completely made by them, ultimately the clients send out the letters to the credit bureaus we simply prepare themAdditionally the client was in fact canceled from their timeshare so we did in fact help them cancel the timeshare Client was unsatisfied with the language used in the cancellation and now the client currently refuses to allow us to help assist with any damage done to their creditUnfortunately we can not work on anything further if we don't have the necessary information to complete itWe guarantee our services or your money back with the conditions that clients are cooperating as wellWe have made many attempts to rectify the situation with the client and still and not make any headwayClient is though in fact out of their timeshare

I have no desire to speak with someone who threatened me the last time we spokeI have uploaded one of the letters I have that was sent back to me that was supposedly sent to the resortTheir address is *** as well as mineThis is why I can't see how your work got me out of the contract as you have stated

The business did did not contact me until I set forth the chargeback from my credit cardAt that point, it had been months since I started my contract with youI have months worth of unanswered emails from your companyI also have several letters that were undeliverable to the resort that you sent out on my behalf with the wrong resort address and with the wrong address for me as wellThis is not a grammatical errorYou have the addresses of your customer and the resort to which you were sending themwrongAgain, it was my actions that canceled my contractYou also threatened me once I did the chargeback and did not continue to pay you moneyYou had your automated service call memultiple times a day which was harassmentIf I had to file a chargeback, why would I still want to work with your poorly scompany? Again, I want my money back because your company did nothing for me but cause me more lost money

Please add your.]There is no way that the letters you wrote for me on my behalf to send are what got me released from my contract. I had different disputes open concerning my initial deposit that I made and I spoke with the timeshare people. The letters for company wrote were sent to the wrong address. I only got about three of them, I didn't send two of them because the details were all wrong. When I emailed your company about fixing these errors, I would sometimes get a response until I no longer received a response. I never received new letters to send and as evidenced by my upload, the one letter I did send to the resort was sent back to me because your company wrote the wrong address for the resort, as well as the wrong address for myself. So it seems that you typed up some letters and then sent them to me to send out? That is worth the $900 of mine that you have and even that was not done efficiently? I'm confused here then as to what your company did for me.Regards,
