We had Pinetree install an outside air Conditioner. At first we thought they were wonderful, but we were wrong. We should have did our homework first and checked them out.

The AIr Conditioner was not positioned properly. The air conditioner wass filling up with water and spewing water into the Cool Air Return. The air conditioner had to be repositioned to that it was able to drain the water out if it.

The Cool Air return was connected to the Air Conditioner with Duct Tape, not the correct tape used for heating and cooling systems. The tape was coming off and about about 2 feet was dangling. We had to remove the Duct Tape and put the correct tape on to hold the Cool Air to the Air Conditioner.

The insulation on the other side of the Air conditoner has been stripped down to low to attach it to the Air Conditioner. We are losing Cool air and waiting to find someone to fix it.

A new Circuit was added to the Electric Panel inside. The Air Conditioner was attached to the same circuit as the existing Air conditioner on the roof. We were told to make sure we only used one air conditioner or the other. Copper wiring was wrapped around the Electrical line coming in from the new Air Conditioner.

The wrong type of Electrical wiring was used outside. Part of the wireing was inside a plastice tube the rest of it is just hanging underneath the Trailer.

We are trying to contact Pinetree to find out if an Electrical Permist was pulled and if we can get a copy if it. IF with they don't respond to did not have one, we will have to go to the town and have an Electrical Inspector check things out. We will have to wait to see what happens.

Review: Busted pipe from poor workmanship. They will not respond or answer telephone.Desired Settlement: Damage from poor workmanship. Either an immediate fix or refund.
