I had rented a room from pine tree inn and I was in the hos for 2 Days because of a heart attack whrn I returned he had giving up my room so he had put me in a another room and charged me another 80.00 when i.got to the new room there was no tv or eltric in the room I had ask for my money back and he told me no I feel he [redacted] should be running a business like that and it was dirty sheets and towels we had to use I would like my refund of 80.00 cause I did not stay in a room. with.no eltric

Review: I was an attending the Western Dance Jamboree, in Cambria, CA. I along with 3 others went to have early dinner at the Pine Tree restaurant. We were not greeted or told where to sit so we seated ourselves. We were the only guest in the restaurant the waitress came and asked for a drink order of which we gave to her and she left and we were ready to order when she returned. However one of the members in my group were allergic to pepper so asked if the claim chowder had pepper in it and she replied that she would have to ask, so we asked if she could please check when she returned with the answer the gentleman in my party asked if there were others soups and if they had pepper in them. She came back with the reply, as he was looking for something else to order she took everyone else's order she took his ordered and she put the order in. I wanted a refill on my water so called to the waitress when you get a chance could I have more water please. (She was interrupted from texting on her phone) She brought water to the table spilled and never cleaned it until after the meal then cleaned it with napkins. Made a snide remark about it not ruining our dinner. Meal is finished she brings the check we pay and I made a comment on the table in ketchup that was not obscene but she got the point. Only to find out that when I got to the car I had left my shopping bag in the seat and returned to the restaurant and asked if she had seen the bag that was left. She had already taken the bag from the crevice in the booth and was cleaning off the table and she said she had seen no bag, so I looked around for it and she said looked at me and said that really Sucks doesn't it? and continued to clean the table. Needless to say I had written that on the table and nobody else was in the place so she had to have my merchandise. I had not even completely gotten across the street to the car, and I knew I had left it. So she kept my merchandise. I have the receipt.Desired Settlement: I would like my merchandise returned to me at her expense. I have the receipt and can get a photo of the top that was purchased to send you if need. I would have called the police and waited but decided not embarrass the others that were with me so I went to the hotel, phoned the restaurant and she answered the phone. I asked for the manager and she said she was the acting manager, so I asked for the owner and she replied he was out of town for 3 weeks. I figured it would be he,said she said
