This is a response to above referenced complaintWe are sorry that this customer was dissatisfied and I will try to address each of her corn plaintsFirst of all our domain wef site is www.pinetreervpark.comThere is no analog TV cable at our park because the phone company changed it over
to digitalWe do have the TV box that we hand out to customers in which they are responsible to hook to their TV and call the activation numberSome customers have older TV and they can have trouble because of that making connectionWe have been trying to find a solution to this but decided we will not advertise TV on our websiteRESTROOMS: Our restroom were painted in October of this yearThe tile in shower room is older but is cleaned weeklySome of the grout needs to be replaced so it may appear dirtyThe tile on the floor of the shower room has dark grouting so may appear dirty or mill dewedWe plan to re grout in the spring, some of the tile workRESTROOM CLOSED HOURS: It is true we don't have closed hours on our website but did not fee! the need to as every space is a full hook up space and RV s are to have their own facilityI checked with the California RV Park Association of whom we are members and they stated that as long as every one of our sites are full hook up sites we may have restrooms closed for particular hoursWe will post dosed hours on our web site to help with this misunderstandingSo this is not considered a public health issue because all of our sites are full hook up sitesOur park managers did state that *** *** complained from the beginningOur managers were cordial with herThe *** stayed and finished out their reservation and had use of all of our utilities including free electricWe do purpose to supply a pleasant experience for each of our customer and do regret that *** *** was disappointedPlease call us at *** with any questions or to clarify any of our statements Sincerely, Ben and Maria *** PineTree RV Park Owners
