Since the installation of my metal grey roof by X-Treme Roofing in March 2016, I have had extensive leaking around my chimney, resulting in water damage and flooding in my garageI have had multiple conversations between 2016/with the owner, Brad ***, regarding the leaks and damageOn 2/11/my garage ceiling collapsed, I have chimney bricks falling through the damaged decking and black mold is apparentAfter multiple attempts of contacting Brad, he showed up 2/13/and applied white caulk on my grey roof and all around my chimney While talking he mentioned that a cricket would have prevented the leakingI was unaware of what a cricket was, did some researhed and realized per the contract dated 3/14/16, X-treme Roofing was to inspect decking, repair any damaged decking and install a cricket at the chimney, none of which
