Pine Valley Ranch Apartments

Review: My husband and I have been living in the middle floor apartment for approximately 9 months now and during this time our above neighbor has made our lives a living nightmare for us. Since moving in we can hear her and her son "walking" (more like pounding) everywhere, dropping things all the time almost carelessly, to the point where my walls would shake and my animals would be afraid to be in the room of where the noise was happening. And this wasn't just once and awhile, it happened ALL the time. My husband and I decided to go to our landlords about this and ask them to talk to our neighbors upstairs to please quiet down a bit. The landlords did and things calmed down for maybe about a month and then everything started happening again. Loud banging and I mean shaking the walls loud! In the living room, our bedroom, everywhere and at all times of the day! Just very unaware of apartment living. So again, I went to our landlord only after a few months and told them that our neighbors upstairs were acting up again and it was out of control. They again talked to her and this time it only helped on and off. At one point my husband went upstairs to ask her to quiet down and she blamed her child and shut the door. Through out the next few months things didn't get any better and we called the landlords again this time our neighbor took it to another level. She now waits to vacuum, do chores at 8am to wake us up or 10pm when we are in bed she pounds on the floors on purpose, especially to wake us up. We've call securtiy and there's nothing they can do and our landlords will not do anything about it at this point. Everytime we call them, they tell us "well she is within her noise hour limit" and all we can do is tell her to quiet down but when they do that she gets louder. We've complained over a dozen times and things are unbearable she makes our lives miserable and our apartment company isn't doing squat about it. They are saying there's nothing we can do sorry. I don't pay good money to hear that!Desired Settlement: I would like our lease broke at this point because I feel the apartment complex hasn't held up to its end like they should. We have come to them very frustrated for 9 months dealing in misery and they either say we can't do anything or they tell me its apartment living. Thats not expectable answers at all to me when the stress alone is giving me seizures. The complex said after 3 complaints they would take care of a situation...9 months and still waiting.
