This complaint was filed by unhappy customers who have been made unhappy by their own accordThe home in question was delivered their lot on Sept 25thBefore that time there were several agreements signed by the complaining party that they violated repeatedlyThese agreements were in regards
to everything from finical, they were not to such as make large purchases that would affect their credit score but they did; as well as about not using their keys (which we were nice enough to give to the homeowner before closing) to open the home as it make our master key obsoleteUpon receiving the home in question here on our lot it was thoroughly inspected and many of the items the customer as been complaining about we have known about and have been waiting at the ready to fix, but have been denied access to the home to address complaints, by homeowners own complaints making it that we could not touch the home until inspections were completedCommunication between our company and the manufacturing company began Sept28thadvising of shorted materials and incorrect itemsThe customers father also harassed set crew workers, caused damage to an internal gasket before calling the office to berate an employee loudly enough for other employees to hear what was being yell at herIt wasn't until 11/that the office finally received a photo of thefull list of repairs that the customer wanted fixedAnd it wasn't until 11/that the office received permission from the H/O to rework their photo list of itemsinto the proper format for the manufacturer, as they require it in their formsAfter that time we received notice of an inspection being conducted by the Maine State Housing Board in only a few short days, at which point we cannot do any work to the until the complaint to the Housing Board has been inspectedWe received the response of the inspection on 12/and have scheduled to have the repairs completed
