Pineapple Express Roofing

This guy Lennart Johnson from Pineapple Express hired my gutter guys to hang seamless gutters on two homes. Lennart refuses to pay and claims to have nothing to do with job. BS artist and scammer. BEWARE

I had hired Lennart to fix our gutters and he came to our home on the scheduled day and "fixed" the gutters. After 2 days it rained and I went out to check and there were several places were water was leaking through the gutter joins. I took the video and sent it to him. He initially told me he will come and fix it , but so far he has not. I have called and texted him several times but he has not yet come to fix them. I would definitely not hire him at all. Please stay away from this contractor.

Call them on Friday and they came out the following day. Very friendly workers and the job was done in good time with quality. Pricing was good. I highly recommend them.

Terrible company!!!!! This man stole money from my 64 year old mother!!! He's very nasty and integrity does not come along with his work! BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS THAT YOU READ ABOUT THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL TRUE!!!!!!!!!

I gave Pineapple Express a call on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday they went out, looked at the job and gave me a quote. Finally on Monday morning they repaired the roof and fascia with no problem.

Approximately, eight months ago, a new roof was done by Pineapple Express, at my residence *** Drive, *** Georgia XXXXX. Three months later, we had a bad rain storm, and I noticed severe leaking coming from the roof, and penetrating the ceiling dining room and kitchen area. I notified the contractor about the issue he replied he would come and take care of the damage, but never show up. Hurricane Michael came and then it leaks severely worst then it was before. I then call the contractor again making a complain he said he would be at my property the next day, I waited all day and he never calls or shows up. I then make several calls to him to ask what the situation was for the no-show but he never answers his phone all I got was a voicemail. Now there is severely damages to different parts of the ceiling which is possible mold. I would like to get the situation resolve under any means necessary because there is asthmatic people living in the house and mold is hazardous to their health. Thus, I would like him to get in contact with me to fix the damage or refunding my money.

Initially we were pleased with the work, the price and the five year warranty. After a good rainfall there was some water stains on the interior of the house and we asked him to come back out. He reluctantly did, renailed down some shingles and left. When there was an additional issue he was rude and did not come back out. Better customer service and honoring his warranty would have earned a better review. I now have to find someone else to come out to find out why the ceiling has water stains and to have someone else to fix it.
