Called the store before I left saying I just bought some shirts couple of days go have the reciept I go there the manager tells me that she cant return them because no tags she claims that I said I had no reciept but the tags which I never said. I told the manager that I have seen a shirt with no tags and they wrote the price on the tag she claims that tags fall off all the time. I go to a different store and the manager said that's not true employees can take items with no tags but with reciept.

According to our records on May 12th the tenant called and said that her dishwasher was not draining, her toilet was not flushing right, and she had spiders. We went out on the 12th and found that the line to the dishwasher was caked with food...

so we removed the jam, we augured the toilet, and sprayed for spiders. Since we did not hear from the tenant we assumed all issues were taken care of. On June 18th the tenant called again. She said that the dishwasher was leaking, that she had earwigs, and that the toilet took multiple flushes to remove toilet paper. We went out the same day and adjusted the spray of the dishwasher, sprayed the apartment for earwigs, and again augured the toilet. On June 22nd she called and complained of earwigs again. We purchased bug spray specifically for ear wigs and sprayed the apartment.
We had not heard from the tenant until we received the complaint from the Revdex.com. I personally spoke with the tenant, who made the complaint, on July 8th. I told her we would like to come back out and spray again, check the toilet, and investigate the dishwasher issues. I was told she did not want me to spray. We were allowed to come and look at the toilet and dishwasher. While we were there we were unable to find any issues with the dishwasher. We could not duplicate the problem with the toilet. However, I instructed the maintenance personnel to replace the toilet. He also found one window to be cracked open. He was unable to access the other windows due to furniture blocking the windows.
Later that day her roommate came in to talk to me. She informed me that there is no problem with the dishwasher. The dishwasher leaves water spots on the glasses. All other aspects of the dishwasher were fine. Her roommate also stated that the bug situation was not out of control. She acknowledged that they are in a basement apartment and with all the rain we have been getting some bugs would get into the apartment from time to time. She said that I was allowed to re-spray the apartment. She also said that the toilet was not flushing properly. I told her that we will gladly replace the toilet since it seems to be an issue for them. I asked her if she would be willing to move the large items away from the windows so that we can establish they are closed and sealed properly. She said she was happy to do so.
We entered the apartment on July 9th to complete all of the above mentioned items. We feel that we have in no way neglected the current residents and have made every effort to correct any problems or concerns that they have had in a timely manner. The tenant requested being released from her lease prior to August 14th. Her lease actually ends on July 31st. Therefore, she is able to leave prior to the date she had in mind. We do not feel compensation is in order since all issues were addressed immediately and completed to the best of our knowledge.
