Hello [redacted] , ? Thank you for allowing me to respond to the complaint against Pineda Auto SalesThe customer bought a As-Is? used vehicle from Pineda Auto Sales.? Several months after she purchased the vehicle she damaged it when she had a blow outThe customer was upset and expected Pineda Auto Sales to pay for her tire and car that she damaged or give her a new vehicle, we are under no obligation to do soI was not sure why she wanted Pineda Auto Sales to pay for her tire and vehicle when she had already made a claim to her insurance company.? We take pride in our customer service and cater to all our customers? Thank you, [redacted] Owner

I am rejecting this response because:
Because he is lieI do feel like *** should have fixed my tire and I said that because he had his brother working on my car like he had an licsense to work on my carFrom the time I purchased the car I had made complaints about my car and still have every text message that proves it so*** reassured that he had us keep it real as he wants to say when he was the one lying the whole entire time about this car every time something went wrong with my car he said bring it to me I will take it to the shop I will fix it his brother was the one always fixing The carI feel like he should pay me back give at least half my money backI called my insurance after the fact because I see he wasn't going to fix it so then I called insurance and then he offered for to bring my car to him again so that he will fix it and I wouldn't have to pay a deductible to my insurance and I decided not to my car just now got into the shop as of Monday and now I have to pay dollar deductible I feel he should pay it period he is lier he is caniving he put my family and I in unsafe car and once again him and his brother did all the work on my car and *** and his brother did all the work on this car and I have all text messages that prove so I kept everything and u can tell him I will take him to court I want to take this court because he is going to have to par for what he didI never delete anything I kept all messages for stuff like this and to let u know he closed the shop down so what does that tell u he was sailing faulty cars and people let him get away with it not me ***e sold me a messed up car this all his handy work I got messages my car is in the shop and the shop said who ever worked on your car did a crapy job period so No I reject Pineda and there respnonse and I want my money back period at least half or he pays my insurance deductible not to mention I am and still taken him to court I had to take a leave from work due to my car so I reject!!!!
