Pineda Stone

Review: A contract between [redacted] and Mr. Pineda involving hardscaping at [redacted]'s property was signed by Mr. Pineda on June 17, 2004. A deposit was given to Mr. Pineda on June 18, 2014 for almost half the contracted work. Because [redacted] was aware that Mr. Pineda was having difficulty with his truck, she gave Mr. Pineda, in good faith, the remainder of the contracted amount of the work. Mr. Pineda has not been back to the property to finish the work which is three-quarters finished. Mr. Pineda has been contacted by [redacted] daily for the last month. He promised 7 times to complete the work. It is now 2 months since an employee of Mr. Pineda's has been to her property.Desired Settlement: [redacted] would like Mr. Pineda to finish the job for which she paid in full.
