Hired this Well Driller to bail out existing well with a Windmill over itAfter months he showed up right before dark and did not have the proper equipment to preform the job he was hired for but proceeded to use his dilapidated equipment to try and lower the windmill His lines kept slipping off the pulley and he dropped the year old Antique Windmill my dead parents had left me He promised to pay to have it repaired and stayed over night He worked 1/day the next day and his truck would not start so he took hours "on the clock" to try and start it He did not return to finish trying to bail out the well, he instead left his heavy equipment on my property, blocking my water tank so I had hell trying to haul water from a local supplier to fill my tankAfter a month he said he would cut his loss and gave me a bill for $1,He had decided he would deduct the cost for "the parts only" his guess as to what parts are actually going to be needed for repair from the bill
