Pinehurst Properties, L L C

I moved here on 3/1/12 from our initial inspection things still haven't been fixed. Took 6 months to get a working dryer and smoke detector. When outside repairs are.done we the tenants are left to clean up nails on the patio and in grass. Landlord never answers the phone for maintenance calls.

We moved into Pinehurst (6/15/14). When we moved in, we were promised our sons bedroom window would be fixed within a few weeks. We also called the day because our fridge leaked water everywhere. I called over and over and [redacted] refused to answer or call back. I finally started calling her several times a day, for a week, before I finally got an answer. This was after our front door began leaking water. She came today and nothing is fixed.
