Pinellas Vacation Rentals, LLC

We just spent the month of Feb., in unit at Holiday Villas II which was booked with iTrip Pinellas Vacation RentalsWe greatly enjoyed the sunset views, the beach and pool at the HVII but not this unit! We had been promised wifi with our rental and that was a JOKE! This was supposed to be a working vacation which is based on communication with our clientsWe were able to INFREQUENTLY connect and when that happened, we were only able to remain connected for a BRIEF time! Along with that our phones did not work in the unit! We had to go outside for our phones to work Also, this unit had a VERY OLD vacuum that was for carpets not floors and it did not work, not that it would have made any difference! The unit floors were filthy, which we discovered when walking barefoot; under the beds were disgusting with filth and dropped pills; the bath towels provided were worn and old; only one kitchen towel was provided ; the bed sheets were so old they did not stay on the bed and one of the twin beds didn't even have a fitted sheet Other factors were that several electric outlets in the main living area did not work, the fridge was missing a shelf which was inconvenient, the unit phone did not work and was removed by the building maintenance and never replaced What is most upsetting was we contacted our iTrip Pinellas rep at least times and got no response or help!I Sent from my iPad

We greatly enjoyed the sunset views, the beach and pool at the HVII but not this unit! We had been promised wifi with our rental and that was a JOKE! This was supposed to be a working vacation which is based on communication with our clients. Also, this unit had a VERY OLD vacuum that was for carpets not floors and it did not work, not that it would have made any difference! Other factors were that several electric outlets in the main living area did not work, the fridge was missing a shelf which was inconvenient, the unit phone did not work and was removed by the building maintenance and never replaced.

What is most upsetting was we contacted our iTrip Pinellas rep at least 3 times and got no response or help!I
