Complaint: [redacted] ? I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the owner of the company and as you can see in the attachments he told me my refund was being processed by accounting...since then he has yet to answer my call or respond to my messages besides his automated text response!! My order is STILL incomplete and I received a saddle that was damaged and not what I ordered!! I paid double for my saddle than all the other people I have spoke with who have ordered alsmost identical saddles from this company...we are at this point bringing this to an attorney at this time? We have a no refund policy states plane leaves in our invoices and then on our website we have exchange policy which we did with her once she seem to be happy with that saddle unfortunately we had supply problems from January to most of February we are shipping Saddles out and getting back on production I will be glad to exchange the product for whatever she wants but as it plainly states in on our website there are no refunds only exchangesWe have had customers that were affected by our delivery timingWe will be shipping the remainder of our past orders out this next week

I am rejecting this response because:*** stated in messages multiple times to give him back the saddle and he will return my money...we did not feel comfortable with this due to lack of communication and being blocked from all communication, I sent the saddle to a friend of mine in TX and he attempted to return the saddle they told him they would take the saddle and send me a check in days, again I was not comfortable with this!!! So my husband booked a flight to TX to hand deliver the saddle and try and accompany they to a bank to get our money, *** met with my husband at 12:on weds April 18th and said no now we are not giving your money back we will have to go to court!! *** proceeded to show my husband that they do not take returns past days, my order is still incomplete and incorrectA portion of my order has yet to be delivered how does this apply to me?? Also ken stated return the saddle get a refund, he claims he has 1000s of happy customers and I know of that have either received incorrect or not received anything at all they are stealing from women and need to be stopped!! Below I posted the texts between ken and I as you see I made several attempts to reach out to him to try and get this resolved!! I also requested a refund via PayPal so it would be easier for them to refund the money which as you can see they have cancelled!! Also is attached is my husbands flight info Please help us they are targeting women and no one has stood up to them and they just keep doing this!! Thank you *** ***

were placed it with this one should never told me it was damaged that’s a completely different storyAll she has to do is sit in the Saddleback and we will process the refund I have over satisfied customers internationally and all over United States don’t know what else to do it’s a real simple procedure trying to please everyone seems to be harder to do every day I am in business.
