As of 10-09-2015 a Check was in the mail for her refund minus the cost of work that we did do (gutters). We also charged her about $300.00 less for the gutters total Bill was almost $1300 and we only charged $900.00. The matter has been dealt with.

I am rejecting this...
response because:
They charged me double what they agreed to charge for the gutters. They did more gutter work than they were authorized to do. They have not addressed the fact that I lost $880.00 due to the fact that they did not complete the job in one year.
