Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I clearly told that about the problembecause I don't have any enough money to pay u outThere was a crime incident beside my house, there are many problems at my house, for a month there are no gas connection for us, how can you think that how to cook a food and eat, so much of water problemFirst when I reached you, you guys told me that I have to stay hear for months before terminating the lease, so I will be stayed with my brother and payed a two months rent, now un guys told me that we have to leave the house paying the rent for whole year, are u kidding me, So as per you I have to stop studying and pay your rent instead of studiesi don't have enough money to pay a rent for you toothe major problem is with pinewoodso please cancel my payments methodsplease help me out USA I am poor financial student came hear to achieve my dreams to study in masterswait I will keep the scree shots for it Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: my problem was not the denial and was not the application fees. My complaint is about how [redacted] dealt with this. Why she didn't give me a copy showing what the third party screening company sent to her. Anyway, I asked for a copy from the third party and it contains false information about an inquiry that I have never made and my current address on that day wasn't correct. I am disputing that with the third party. Anyway, I don't need any further response from Pine woods apartment, I just was Hoping that they are more professional and respectful. Thank you

[redacted] applied for an apartment with our community Pinewood Apartments. At the time he applied he signed a rental criteria form which explains our application approval process and gives reasons your application may be denied. Both the application and rental criteria state the application fee...

is non-refundable. Unfortantely his application was not approved and we are unable to refund his application fees per his request. At the time of denial, he was given an adverse action letter that has a phone number for him to call should he have any questions regarding the decision made by the 3rd party screening company. Thank you. [redacted]Regional Supervisor

I am writing this to hopfully save someone from dealing with this AWFUL new management. They have been violating leases with charges that are supposed to be included entering apartments for smoke detector checks but never check them just snoop around, will try and charge you for their mistakes and tell you they will evict you if you dont pay it took more then a month to get a copy of our lease and we still did not get a complete copy the only reason we even got that was because I went back in and informed them they were in violation of the law. Do not rent from here !!!!!!!!
