DEALERS TO OFFER DAY WARRANTY ON USED HOMES SOLD& PINEWOOD MOBILE HOME SALES INC HONORS THISBUYER PURCHASED A SINGLEWIDE TRAILER , HOME WAS SOLD WITH A SPECIFIC LIST OF ITEMS INCLUDED AND THESE ITEMS WERE COMPLETED AND HOME DELIVERED TO SITEHOME OWNERSHIP IS A HUGE RESPONSIBILITY AND MAINTENANCE REQUIRED BY THE HOMEOWNER, IN ADDITION ,OUR EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS MAKE 1TTHAT MUCH TOUGHERWE STARTED GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM BUYER IN THE SPRING AND WE DISPATCHED A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR AND HELPER TO VIEW ISSUES, APPEARS WINTER STORM/WIND MAY HAVE CAUSED WATER TO ENTER HOME AND THE OBVIOUS WAS REPARIED THIS SERVICE WAS EXTENDED TO CUSTOMER AFTER THE DAY WARRANTY EXPIRED CUSTOMER MENTIONED THAT SHE WAS TO INSTALL A NEW METAL ROOF IN THE NEAR FUTUREPINEWOOD MOBILE HOME SALES INC ADVISED CUSTOMER THAT WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED AND ANY ISSUES MUST BE HANDLED BY HOME OWNERWE WERE HAPPY TO HANDLE ALL CLAIMS INCLUDED IN SALE AND UP TO THE DAY PERIOD*** ***

[redacted] To whom it may concern:[redacted] from Pine Wood mobile home promised me that he would take care of all my problems with my trailer I purchased from him. I gave him $500 cash and went back and said the rest of what I owed to him that equals up to $10,000. He said he was redoing the mobile home. It stayed on his lot for longer then 30 days. One thing when I called he wasn't done working on it. Said he had to keep it over there concerning we had a bad winter. In that time I was getting my codes together in order to prepare for my trailer. After it was delivered my breaker box was busted. The snow was melting and it began to leak. Me and my mother, [redacted] called him. He sent his men down here but didn't take care of leaks. I had to hire a contractor $700 to come repair my roof. Said I want reimbursed for my roof costs. The front door is not fixed. It is a fire hazard. I am on a fixed income. I can't afford whats been promised to me out of my pocket. All through out my trailer there are long cracks in my ceilings that should not be there. Please come to my home and see what I'm telling you. He hasn't sent me my title either. Sincerely, [redacted]
