Review: On August [redacted] I ordered hair from this company after a couple if days of not receiving any shipping information I email the company and they said that the item I wanted was out of stock but would be in within a few days a few days later after hearing nothing from them again I had to email them and asked if it shipped because I really needed the product for my graduation pictures they then said they would give me my money back and send me a package of the hair as a gift for an inconvenience. The [redacted] of the company asked me for me bank account information which was weird but I compiled because I wanted my money back she then said she would Fedex the check and that the hair did not get shipped yet. It's been almost 2 weeks and I did not receive my money or the product they promised me after being patient for so longDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund and the product as well due to a major inconvenience
