I received no notification of shipping or progress after a couple of weeks and decided to email customer service. I received the following email:"Hi [redacted] and I sold our business the end of March to [redacted] (redacted), a sole proprietor. Her telephone number is ......(redacted)and her email is [email protected] or [email protected]. I do apologize for any delay in your order and wil also forward this email to her.Kind regards,[redacted]"Despite the sale of the company all of the old contact information and "about us" information remains the same. I also personally emailed Melissa and continue to have no response. The phone number provided does not state the name of the company in the voicemail.Desired Settlement: At this point I regret the purchase and feel uncomfortable with the transaction. I would appreciate a refund or notification of completion of order and prompt delivery.
