Received damaged/defective mechandise, promised a full refund and additional return shipping refund & only received partial. Order # XXXXXXOrdered a top sku# XXXXX $34 From Pink Coconut Boutique. Upon opening the package and looking at my item, I discoved there was a snag (roughly 1 1/2 inch long on the back of the item. I immediately called spoke with [redacted], who told me they normally only give store credit but since it was damaged, she said "put my name on the return slip and say I authorized the refund." I asked her if she could send me a return shipping label via email, she said "we can't do that, but put on the return slip how much it cost and I will add that on to your refund" then she said nevermind it will be on the packaging no need to include it on the slip." I said ok great. After weeks of not hearing back and after unanswerd emails I finally got a hold of her again and she said she didn't process[redacted] refunds that the owner did and they would let me know. A few days later I received the refund via[redacted], however, it was short the return shipping cost as I was promised. On 12/4/14 11:47am I spoke with her again and she said she was forwarding to owner once again for the portion of this refund and would get back to me (I even said you will call and let me know and she said yes). Then 12/8/14 after not hearing again I sent a third email stating my issues, I did finally receive an email back and this is what it read, " Hi [redacted]!I assure you that this has been taken care of. The store owner has to be the one to issue the [redacted] refunds, and the message has been given to her! You should see the 5.85 in your account this week. Thank you for shopping with Pink Coconut!PCB Web"At 2:20pm 12/9/14 I received a call from a gentleman named [redacted]??? who stated he was the general manager and that they were not going to refund this money and said "it's $5.85... you need to let it go and stop emailing and calling us"!!! I am sorry in the first place I shouldn't have to chase down my refund for damaged goods and secondly I understand its not a big amount, it's really the principle of how I was treated as a customer and promised a refund (I have emails to prove this) then for this man to so rudely and even laughingly tell me no, too bad, is beyond wrong. I mentioned notifying Revdex.com and he said "be my guest" so I figured it should be known how this business treats customers and takes money and then backs out of their word. When the general manager called to torment and acuse me of ruining his garbage to begin with, he said "I had at least 4 people handle this item before it left the store". Yes, then one of those four people damaged the item or overlooked it. I was offered adn told by their employee I would be issued a refund and then promised this over the phone and by email. All I am asking for is that they hold up to what they tell their customers! This place truly should not be in business!!! I had purchased a pair of boots online from the Pink Coconut Boutique and the zipper had broken into three pieces after only several times of wear.I had purchased a pair of boots online approximately three months ago from the Pink Coconut Boutique. After only several times of wear the zipper on one of the boots had broken into three pieces. I contacted the company and spoke with[redacted], who in turn told me to take photographs of the boot and zipper and email it to [redacted]@gmail.com, which I had completed on 12/12/14. I received a response on 12/15/14 stating that there is nothing that the company can do and suggested getting them repaired at a shoe repair shop. I find this product defective as it has broken after only a few times of wear, and feel that I should have been given a replacement product or been compensated.Desired SettlementI am seeking an exchange or refund for the defective item purchased.

There is a tag pinned to dress with a size on it, but there wasn't a size on the tag that is sewn into dress. This dress was an absolute joke so why would I want store credit. Poor customer service & not honoring coupons that the store emailed to me.Made purchase in store for my daughter, asked if it didn't fit if I could bring back, was told sure by the cashier, but not told they will not refund any money. I had also, purchased some items online that I returned so I got store credit. Used credit to order some items online, went to store to pickup & bought a couple more items. Had a 10% off coupon that was sent to my email, when I tried to use, was told by cashier it can only be used for online purchases. Went to my vehicle & read whole coupon, it said good for in store or online purchases. Went back into store & showed cashier coupon. She said I would have to wait for another lady to get off phone(that was obviously dealing with disgruntled customer as well). She was slamming drawers & saying she couldn't wait for her 2 weeks were up to be out of this place. Showed her coupon after waiting about 20 minutes, she said I can only give you store credit. I told her I don't won't credit, if they had taken my coupon when I checked out my purchase would have been less. Cashiers' both said they were not informed coupons were good for in store purchases. Said they would have to call Mgr. to come downstairs. After 15-20 minutes he finally came to register & after showing him coupon, he said if should not say good for in store purchases. I said but it does. He said, all I can give you is an in store credit. I said I don't want credit, because I never want to come here again. He said ok. I told him, I can't believe as much money as I've spent you are going to treat me so rudely & lose a customer over $2.57.
