I am rejecting this response because: my tracking number was provided 2wks
after it was shipped had I had my tracking number right away I would have been able to track my package and stay on top of things she felt she was not in the wrong for providing this information as soon as possible that's poor customer service now with that being said to track a package that was suppose to be delievered and can't be found yet I get my tracking number 2wks later is ridiculous I constantly called this business to get the run around I didn't get in contact with her until the next week and she still didn't have my tracking number until days later I'm very disappointed if that number was given when it was shipped this could have been prevented
