I ordered a shirt on 12/18/2019 in the amount of $36.28. The transaction posted to my account on 12/19/19- I also received an email that my purchase will be shipped along with a tracking number. This was a Christmas gift for a relative, an the website assured that the purchase will be delivered prior to Christmas. As on 1/2/2020- I have not received the shirt and I have sent several emails requesting status- then I requested a refund. There has been no response from the company at all.
