Review: I ordered a waist trainer on January 31.2015 and never receive the item or a tracking number to even track my item 3 phone calls and 2 emails alter still nothing they have all of my information and delivery has not happen ,,I would like my item to be delivered asapDesired Settlement: I would like the item that I ordered

Review: I ordered a product from Pink Famous and I never received a shipping conformation. The items were supposed to be delivered within 4 to 10 business days. That time has passed. I contacted customer service both by phone and email. No one has responded.Desired Settlement: If I can't get the item I paid for delivered I want a full refund.

Review: My purchase date was 4/22/14 I ordered from the website with a shipping address that was different from my billing address the reason for that was because I've had things shipped to my billing address that have been taken off my doorstep and even delivered to the wrong mailbox. Sometimes a neighbor would bring the product to me other times I'd never see the product. So when the item was shipped to my billing address rather than the shipping address I provided I received an email stating it was undelivered that was when I contacted paypal and noticed the shipping address was different than what I had originally ordered with. Well long story short my package was indeed delivered to the incorrect mailbox then was brought down to the leasing office and I picked it up almost 30 days after I ordered it So now I do have the package it is unopened, unused and now it is no longer needed I contacted the company asking for a RAM number needed for the return they did not contact me back I filed a dispute with paypal they couldnt help me retrieve my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the unused unopened product and receive a full refund

Review: I ordered a waist training corset online from pinkfamous.com and the item doesn't fit. I have sent numerous emails requesting a full refund. I only got 1 response saying they don't give refunds for this item but the website says this as their return policy:Return or Exchanges: We will grant a return of merchandise if product has not been worn or damaged in any way. We will grant store credit, exchange , or full refund of the item purchased. All sale items are considered final. Returns must be made within 7 business day after receipt. Contact us withing 3 business days after receipt via email at [email protected]. No return will be granted if there is no contact made within 3 business days or return made within 7 business days.Although now I see they just added this verbiage after the fact which wasn't there previously:Only Exchanges available on waist trainer corsets.No one is responding to my emails from this company. I have emailed them everyday since the day I received it. I would like a full refund but there is no return information that I can find. And I believe they have now just added the wording about only exchanges for this item on their website after I copied and pasted the return policy in my email correspondence back to them.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for this item since they just now added the wording about exchange only for this item only after I emailed them copying and pasting their return policy. I would like to have someone respond to my emails from the company. I'm not sure what kind of company this is that doesn't respond to their customers especially when I've sent 5 emails that have so far been all unanswered. FYI, I paid through PayPal which took it directly from my checking account.
