Pink Flamingo Tattoo

Review: I have had several pieces of work (tattoos) done by [redacted], the owner of this business with no problems. However more recently, around October of 2015 we started two pieces. Each of these pieces would require at least two sessions in the shop to complete. I paid the full amount for one of the tattoos and half the total amount for he second piece. We then made an appointment to complete the work. On the date it was to be completed, approximately one hour before our appointment time I was messaged by [redacted] on [redacted]. He cancelled the appointment due to family issues. This was no big deal at first until he cancelled the second appointment and then was busy every time I tried to set up an appointment with him. Finally we set a third appointment. The appointment was for 8:00 in the morning and he did not show up until 8:25. When he dis areive he explained that he had double booked the appointment time and couldn't do my work. Then he continued to dodge me never setting up appointments or constantly pushing them back to avoid it. I then finally requested that he refund me the money and he agreed to complete the work. We set and appointment and the day of our appointment he tried to change he time again, pushing it out. I no longer feel comfortable having him work on my skin because I feel he is angry with me for getting upset that he is consrantly avoiding finishing the work, and he refuses to refund me because he says he doesn't have the money to do so. I feel stuck with this business now, he postponed and tried to swindle me and then when I demanded a refund he got angry and now I feel his work will be compromised if I allow him to tattoo my skin.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded my $240 ($140 paid in full for the first peice and $100 that is hlaf of the full amount for the second peice)
