Review: on 4-10-13 I placed an order for a wig which was in stock, I check back to see my tracking number and saw a note from them saying the item I order was out of stock and I wont get my item till may 20th... well I called and spoke with [redacted] and I requested a refund and she told me it would be processed 24 to 48 hours, nothing happen I call again three more times and talked with someone online...the young lady again said that the refund will been sent check online the next day to see that the order has been cancelled checked today and it still says item on hold for reorder.. I sent a dispute with my bank about them I just want my money back

Review: I placed an order with company and the wrong hair color was sent to me. I received the product on 3 July 2013, contacted company and was advised to return within 5 business days. Item was sent overnight express mail on 5 July 2013. I tracked the item and contacted company to advise product was at post office. Customer service representative advised me that someone would pick up the package and contact me. I even sent a swatch of the correct hair color. I've been getting the runaround from this company. I've called at least 3 times a week and even provide the confirmation signature to them and they have yet to refund my money. I still have copies of emails sent.Desired Settlement: Since it was the company's fault that the wrong item was sent and because they won't return my phone calls, I would like a full refund. The item was picked up from post office on 12 July 2013 and I have yet to receive a phone call from company.

Review: Order (#[redacted]) a lace wig on 7/23/13 at a cost of $388.99, paid with check/debit card, with a delivery date of 3-4 weeks. It's been eight weeks now and I haven't received my order and I can't get any straight answers from these people. They gave me a deliverly date of last Friday, when I talked to them today I fot a date of August 20,They have stalled not answer my requests. Can only get some one acting professional when you pick the sales option. They've had me on the phone while they go check and no one comes back to the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or the merchandise I ordered.

Review: I ordered avwig from this company 3/23/2013 with the extra fee for a rush delivery for 3-4 wks. After not receiving an status update after 4 weeks I emailed tgem and left a message with no answer. finally after resending my emailmI was told that my order was in process. Two weeks later again I asked for and update no answer, 4/23/2013 I emailed again and they saidI it would be shipped between 5/14-5/21. It is now 5/27/2013 and I have yet to hear from them after emailing before the holiday weekend. I spent $266 ON PRODUCT AND I GET NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. the last email was requesting a refund. I wish I had researched this company more before purchasing from them. the first purchase I made with them the customer service and shipment was excellent this time around I feel like they took my money. Refund asap!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund thats including the rush shippment I paid for! order #[redacted]

Review: I ordered a custom, synthetic wig. It was supposed to take 4-7 weeks. It took four months, allegedly because they were stopping production of synthetic wigs and were only taking the last few orders. While they told me this, they neglected to tell me (on one of the 10+ occasions that I called) that they were out of the color I ordered. Instead, they picked a different color for me and it was not even close to the one I wanted. I should have been given this information from the beginning so I could have cancelled my order. When I inquired about returns, I was told that I had to return it within five days. I had to pay for the return shipping and, upon reading their policy, I later learned I'd have to pay a 20% restocking fee. That is completely unacceptable. They withheld information from me that they knew would result in me cancelling my order and they did it because they wanted to make some profit off of me while doing nothing for me.

I spoke with the bank, they could not help me because I made the purchase too long ago. They told me that it was now up to the company. However, the whole reason for that dilemma is that the company did not provide me with a product for four months.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on this product without having to return it.
